Bill Morton – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Morton functions as ASD, Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer having been an investor and serving on its Board of Directors since Spring, 2009.
Mr. Morton is also the Chairman and owner of Morton Capital LLC, a Private Investment Firm and Morton Development LLC, a Real Estate Investment Company both operating in the Central Illinois area. Mr. Morton has extensive business experience, most recently nearly 20 years as Chairman, President and CEO of Morton Industrial Group, Inc., a publicly traded full service metal fabrication supplier serving the off-highway equipment industry.
Mr. Morton’s who has merged a company with a public shell and functioned as President and CEO for a decade, provides invaluable experience as ASD Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer.
Dave Johnson - President & COO
Mr. Johnson is the founder of ASD, Inc., functions as its President and COO and serves on its Board of Directors. His background as a software developer and passion for technology has allowed him to lead and participate in several global projects.
Mr. Johnson was the featured speaker throughout the US and Europe regarding conversion from older IBM systems to the IBM iSeries. Mr. Johnson was one of the project leaders for Product Link at Caterpillar. Product Link allows Caterpillar and its dealers to track the location of equipment and report critical engine and systems data using GPS and Low Earth Orbiting Satellites.
Mr. Johnson consulted with the governments of the United States, New Zealand, and Singapore regarding the use of the technology developed in Product Link to monitor and tax traffic congestion and highway usage fees and was the lead consultant on the world wide systems conversion for Nestle when they migrated from IBM System/36 to the iSeries hardware platform.
Mr. Johnson has led ASD, Inc. in the development of BI Express.
Fred Waite - Executive Vice President, BI Express
Mr. Waite functions as ASD, Inc.’s Executive Vice President of BI Express having been an investor and serving on its Board of Directors since Spring, 2009. Mr. Waite was previously the President of BCF Technology Inc., focusing day-to-day on Sales, Marketing and Operations while providing strategic direction to the organization as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Waite was responsible for establishing BCF as the leading provider of web services in the financial services and insurance sectors. Mr. Waite was a key member of the Board of Directors that negotiated the sale of BCF Technology in July 2006 to Vertafore Inc., an organization owned by Hellman and Freidman, LLC, a private equity investment firm that has managed over $16 billion in capital.
Mr. Waite was the co-inventor of the Virtual Insurance Platform (VIP) and responsible for securing $20,000,000 in funding. Mr. Waite began his career at Microsoft Corporation and continued providing his leadership to start-up organizations and international leaders in the technology, insurance, manufacturing and financial services sectors over the past 20 years.
Mr. Waite is also serves as Chairman of WFS Group, Inc. an investment and business advisory organization with holdings in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Technology and the Food Service sector.
Mr. Waite has joined ASD, Inc. to lead the global commercialization of BI Express.
Bahram Yusefzadeh
Mr. Yusefzadeh has been an investor in ASD, Inc. and served on its Board of Directors since Spring, 2009.
Mr. Yusefzadeh is an entrepreneur and technology pioneer with 38 years of experience in all facets of business development. From creating and managing high tech companies to acquiring and advising businesses and steering them to the public market, he has employed his strong vision and keen insight to assess the needs and growth potential of organizations to strategically position them for success.
Mr. Yusefzadeh who is currently the Founder, Chairman and CEO of V2R Group has taken three software companies public functioning as their President and CEO, provides invaluable experience in governance and oversight to ASD, Inc.
Chuck Rinkenberger was employed at Morton Welding Co., LLC, a family-owned business, from 1974-1980 and 1983-2008. He began as a welder fabricator and retired in 2008 as the Vice President with responsibilities of Capital Acquisitions, Engineering, Facilities and Quality. He currently retains a consulting position with the company, now Morton Industries LLC, and serves on their Board of Managers.
Chuck served internships with the US Department of Energy Coal Research Lab as computer programmer and Quality Input developing software after his graduation from Illinois State University in 1983 with a Bachelors Degree in Applied Computer Science.
He is very active in the community serving on the Young Life Committee, Morton Rotary Club and residential development of Wolf Crossing Subdivision in Morton, Illinois.
